Bob Aretz


Bob has more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning, message development, and brand communication solutions. As principal of Paragraph, Bob utilizes his insight, understanding, and vision to get to the root of clients’ branding and communications issues. He has received recognition by various design industry associations, including AIGA, the Art Director’s Club of Philadelphia, the Ad Club of Philadelphia, the Ad Club of New York, the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), and more.



Robb Leef


With a background in illustration, design, and print-making, Robb utilizes his attention to detail and deep technical knowledge to develop compelling creative solutions. He has worked with Texas A&M, University of Dayton, J&J Foods, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Comcast-Spectacor, Paxico Records and many more on a range of projects from national ad campaigns to album art. Beyond his professional work he has been on the board of the AIGA Philly chapter, participated in various mentorship programs, and developed several design-based workshops.



Rachael Seitz


Rachael has more than a decade of experience in branding and communications strategy. Her career spans several industries in creative and strategic roles, giving her a unique approach to agency dynamics and advocating for the best solutions to clients’ needs. On the client side, her work included marketing for higher education institutions as well as toy, home décor, and web design; while her work as an agency account director has largely been to build and manage branding strategies for a range of national clients. In her most recent role, Rachael directed account work for Jefferson and The Franklin Institute locally. Rachael earned a bachelor’s degree from Penn State, and a master’s degree from Florida State, where she also teaches online undergraduate courses in account planning.



Brad Haubrich


Brad’s varied background in both administrative and creative services gives him a unique perspective and understanding the team. He graduated from the University of the Arts with a degree in illustration and a concentration in graphic design. Before coming to Paragraph, he held creative positions at the Courier Post and168 Design and maintained a customer service role at University City Housing. Brad considers clear communication and personal collaboration to be the most important aspects of his role at Paragraph and puts these at a premium.



Eliza Bolton


Eliza combines a keen technical understanding with a refined aesthetic approach to provide solutions for all clients with whom she interacts. Before coming to Paragraph, Eliza studied at Temple University’s prestigious Tyler School of Art and graduated with a degree in graphic and interactive design. During her time at school, Eliza was chosen to create art for The New York Times’ app and was granted an independent study in Rome with 21xDesign. Additionally, she had the opportunity to collaborate with renowned designer Paula Scher on a Philadelphia mural.


Lynzi Yearick


Lynzi’s dual experience in both copywriting and social media work has given her the opportunity to have a hand in multiple campaigns and brand stories. Lynzi graduated magna cum laude with honors from The University of Alabama, where she studied advertising with a concentration in copywriting and hospitality. As a student at Alabama, Lynzi headed the digital and social department for Less Than U Think, an anti-binge-drinking campaign on national and international college campuses. She has also managed social media for South Moon Under and executed copywriting for Red Tettemer O’Connell + Partners and Five Below.


Jaclyn Mackrell


Jaclyn’s prior experience and continuing education give her the research skills necessary to understand the way that both the brand and their competitors are presented. She is currently working towards a degree from Temple University in advertising with a concentration in account management and a minor in public relations. Aside from Paragraph, she works as the executive assistant of Aqimero at The Ritz-Carlton and is a member of Temple’s chapter of PRSSA. She has also previously gained experience at PRowl Public Relations, Temple’s only student-run PR firm, and in the marketing department of RE/MAX Executive Realty.
