After creating “A Tale of Two Cities,” a report that examines the origins and implications of Philadelphia’s labor force challenges, we embarked on a strategic rebranding initiative to position the Philadelphia Workforce as experts in workforce development. We refined their vision, mission, and key messages; created a number of brand and issue-based communications; and developed a system of tools and standards that allow the organization to share its knowledge consistently across many print and digital mediums
