Paragraph had the privilege of working with Pennsylvania Ballet on planning a reinvigorated creative approach for the 2015-2016 season, as well as helping them with a marketing and media strategy to increase ticket sales and awareness. Through extensive research and development, Paragraph identified new key demographics for all six productions and orchestrated the promotion of each so that they appealed to both new and loyal fans alike. Employing a fresh outlook while working closely with the Ballet’s staff proved to be an exciting and rewarding experience, as the organization saw a notable increase in revenue. Marketing and branding campaigns resulted in a 31% increase in gross ticket sales from the previous year; digital advertising campaigns resulted in a 19% increase in overall ticket sales from the previous year, and there was a 188% increase in mobile ticket sales from the previous year.
