Brand Launch
Graduate! Philadelphia
Philadelphia is a city where less than half of its adults have college degrees, yet more than 70,000 have at least one year's worth of college credits under their belt. This can all change in the coming years thanks to Graduate! Philadelphia, a nonprofit that provides free guidance and support to help those adults with some college experience go back to college and finish what they started. They needed a partner to get the word out. And that's where Paragraph came in.
The idea for Graduate! Philadelphia came about in early 2005, as a way to help adults overcome obstacles to re-enrollment and get the support they needed to complete their college degree. Looking to make its services more readily available to the public, Graduate! Philadelphia approached us with their idea of opening up an outreach center in The Gallery mall in Center City Philadelphia.
The first of its kind, the Graduate! Philadelphia Center provides free guidance and support to adults looking to go back to college and complete their degree. To make the center and the initiative a success, Paragraph developed the brand foundation, marketing messages, environmental signage, and even a web application to deliver services online. And with the support of Paragraph and Graduate! Philadelphia's PR partner, Bellevue Communications, the story was picked up around the country. Visit GraduatePhiladelphia.org to learn more.
Website
Almanac Market
Located in Northern Liberties, Almanac Market is your friendly kind of neighborhood place where you stop by to pick up fresh and local organic apples and other produce, artisanal cheeses, specialty sauces, household goods, and more. The challenge was figuring out a way to translate the market's personality and ever-changing inventory to the online world. Paragraph was there to keep things fresh.
Built leveraging an easy-to-use content management system, Almanac's proprietors, John and Joanne, are able to regularly highlight new products, fresh arrivals, daily specials, and more. As for the store, if you haven't been, stop in at 4th and Poplar in Philadelphia. But be sure to check out AlmanacMarket.com.
Brand Revitalization
Yards Brewing Company
Once upon a time, Philadelphia was a beer town. Well, it still is, but for years it didn't have a brewery to call its own. That was until Tom Kehoe and Jon Bovit founded Yards Brewing Company in 1994. A lot has changed since then, including recipes, partners, and brewery locations. And now with things changing again (a new brewery, among other things), Paragraph was there to make sure things changed for the better.
We started by refining the Brewing Company's classic brandmark, and developing new packaging and labeling systems for its signature, seasonal, and revolutionary ales. From there, we moved on to developing a new website that allows everyone to stay current with construction updates and events, learn more about their handcrafted ales, and more. Though live, the site is still in the early stages and will expand in the future. A Brewer's Blog, an online apparel store, and more are on their way.
Paragraph will continue to work with Yards to help them launch new beers, develop promotions, and more. See what's brewing at YardsBrewing.com.
Brand Revitalization
Bucks County Coffee
Since late last year, Paragraph has been working with Bucks County Coffee Company to elevate its brand. We started by developing a new website and have since transitioned the new look, feel, and messaging into the coffee company's packaging, promotions, retail environments, and more.
For a company like Bucks County Coffee, it's important for the look and feel to stay as fresh as the coffee. Paragraph updated everything for the brand; including retail signage, coffee packaging, marketing materials, and more. The new site will be up and running soon, but if you stop in one of their more than 40 locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, you'll get a glimpse of all the good things to come. |
