communication and graphic design.

"Awards are always nice," says Bob Aretz, Principal and Creative Director. "We have a great team; we work long and hard; and it's terrific to get recognized. That said, the world is full of agencies that do entertaining creative. But it doesn't mean much if the work doesn't resonate well with the target audience. That's why at Paragraph we don't start 'the creative' until we have a plan. We really try to get into our clients' heads first. We identify their needs, then develop a strategy and key messages that speak directly to a well-defined audience. The creative comes right out of the client's objectives. Luckily, these particular clients are great. They're wide open to ideas. And that's what allows great creative to happen. Without that, creative can lose its impact really fast."
