A business merger of any size is always more complicated than it seems. When two prominent Maryland and Pennsylvania trucking companies, A&S Services and Kinard Trucking, joined forces in 2012, merging their operations was only the start. The next step was to create a streamlined name that would preserve the brand equity of both companies. This is when A&S Kinard came into being.
Paragraph worked with newly formed A&S Kinard to develop a brand identity and messaging platform strategies that would reflect this merger, enhance employee and industry communication, and raise community awareness. We created dynamic collateral materials with the intention of building employee pride and developing a company image easily recognizable on the road.
The story doesn’t end there. To embrace A&S Kinard’s commitment to fostering strong employee relationships, Paragraph created the first-ever A&S Kinard Family BBQ at the York Expo Center, a tradition that continued again this year. For the past two years, we’ve been creating custom designs and incorporating them into event-specific materials to generate excitement and promote engagement among the family of employees.
